I am a program manager at RNBA, leading a team focused on sustainable livelihoods and land tenure security for vulnerable tribal groups in Manipur. I hold a law degree and a diploma in Management Development Program from Trancivic International, Kerala. Before joining RNBA, I worked as a research associate at Jurist in Delhi. My work involves advocating for community land rights, implementing sustainable development initiatives, and supporting policy research to empower marginalized communities. Through strategic planning and collaboration, I strive to enhance legal awareness and secure sustainable livelihoods for the tribal populations I work with.
