I am responsible for land documentation and mapping at RNBA, including data analysis, map cleaning, and designing Land Tenure Certificates. I also train and support field coordinators, executives, youth, and partner NGOs through capacity-building workshops. Before joining RNBA, I worked with Kotak Education Foundation (KEF), a CSR initiative in Mumbai. I hold an MA in Social Work with a specialization in Public Health from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai.
