The RNBA participated in a training program on Human Resource Management (HRM) organized by Seven Sisters Development Assistance (SeSTA). The comprehensive training covered a wide range of topics, including organizational analysis, expectation mapping, HRM context setting, recruitment and selection, staff inventory management, onboarding and training strategies, legal and ethical considerations, harassment and abuse prevention policies, and internship management.

The training aimed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to strengthen HRM processes within their organizations, ensuring compliance with laws, best practices, and ethical standards. RNBA representatives Dimgong Rongmei, Executive Director, and Mbanthaipou Ngaomei, Human Resource Manager, attended the program.
