A development professional with experience of working with grassroots communities in the North Eastern states of Manipur and Nagaland, I have honed my skills in strategy development, donor relations, and project management. My experience includes working with remote farming communities in Manipur and mobilizing indigenous groups for biodiversity conservation across Manipur and Nagaland supporting them in strengthening their institutions for sustainable forest management and in developing comprehensive management plans for their CCAs.
As Program head for Niranthara Northeast- Organizational Development program, my commitment is to give hand holding support and work closely with the Leadership, Board, Senior management and the program teams of our partners organization to build and strengthen institutional capacities to develop into effective, well-managed and sustainable organizations, which perform better internally and meet the evolving expectations of external stakeholders.
