I have eight years of experience in community development, focusing on marginalized communities and grassroots organizations. As Program Coordinator at RNBA Imphal for the Brot project, I hold an MA in Political Science and an MSW specializing in Women and Child Development. I previously served as District Coordinator at ADRA-INDIA for Tamenglong (2014-2025) and as a Community Team Member with American Express Way (2007-2010) in an AIDS awareness program for children. Recently, I completed a 50-day hybrid course in Organization Development Facilitation, offered by PRIA & AHRD, to enhance my capacity in strengthening nonprofit organizations.
