I am a Program Manager at RNBA with a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW). I began my journey with RNBA in 2022 as a Cluster Development Executive. Currently, I focus on promoting sustainable livelihoods and strengthening women’s leadership among the tribal communities of Manipur. My work is dedicated to empowering marginalized groups, especially women, by fostering resilience, self-reliance, and inclusive growth through grassroots initiatives and participatory approaches.
