Khamjina Thaimei first joined RNBA as an intern while pursuing a Master’s in Social Work from Loyola College, Chennai. In 2015, I joined RNBA as a Field Coordinator and advanced to my current position in 2023. Before RNBA, I worked with JUST NGO in Tripura in 2014. I am responsible for providing professional inputs on Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting, and Documentation, working closely with project staff to ensure effective implementation and impact assessment. My role focuses on strengthening data-driven decision-making, enhancing reporting quality, and improving project outcomes through systematic evaluation and documentation of field activities and progress.
